解决autoreconf错误：Can’t exec “aclocal”:

用vcpkg安装libmysql时遇到了这个错误。

autoreconf: Entering directory `.'
autoreconf: configure.ac: not using Gettext
autoreconf: running: aclocal --output=aclocal.m4t
Can't exec "aclocal": 没有那个文件或目录 at /usr/share/autoconf/Autom4te/FileUtils.pm line 326.
autoreconf: failed to run aclocal: No such file or director

原因是aclocal是automake的组成部分，解决方式就是安装automake，例如：

apt install automake
